We tailor our sessions to meet your training objectives, planning three to six months ahead to keep you motivated, focused and moving forward.
Seeing quick progress is key to maintaining motivation, so we ensure you start winning from day one, building confidence as you go.

The right group is critical, otherwise you might as well be in a class that has a variety of different people with different goals & different starting points. It makes planning impossible, and if you're not planning, what are you doing?
Groups are kept small, with a maximum of between four and ten, depending on the coach.Â
This allows for personalised attention & focus, while also getting the benefits of being in a group.Â
We prioritise selecting the right group because for you every session needs to feel like a personalised session just for you.
If we don't have the right group for you, you'll train one on one at no additional charge.
