One Session per Week

Our competition team has a proven track record of success, having guided beginners to become amateur national champions within just two to three years. And with multiple national and world champions having come through our doors. 

You’ll initially begin with two weekly sessions. As you demonstrate consistency and physical readiness, we’ll gradually increase to a third session, and potentially up to 12 sessions weekly. 

Realistically, our aim is to progress to three or four sessions per week.

If you’re serious about competition, even if you’re brand new, this is the package for you.

  • Student discount  – R3 000 per month
  • Provincial colours or silver medals in provincial competition in any sport – R3 000 per month 
  • National colours or gold medals in national competition in any sport – R2 640 
  • Provincial colours or silver medals in provincial competition in any combat sport or martial art – R2 310 per month 
  • National colours or gold medals in national competition in any combat sport or martial art  – R1 980 per month

Current or former athletes are easier to train, regardless of sport. 

10% discount for provincial colours or silver medal in provincial competition
