We are hosting a Discovery Vitality Wellness Day on Saturday, 29th of March from 08:30 to 11:30.

You can earn 30 000 points on the day with a wellness assessment, a fitness assessment and a nutritional consult. Each slot is 15 minutes. We have twelve slots of each available.

Your first wellness assessment each year is covered entirely by Discovery. The fitness assessment and the nutritional consult you’ll need to pay for then claim back.

If you want to book slots, either chat to your coach who can book you in, or reply to this email with the slot you would like.

Ps. We will also be running free boxing sessions every thirty minutes from 08:30 to 10:00 so if you’d like to bring some friends to punch we can book those for you also!
