12 Week Bootcamp
Our 12 Week Bootcamp is a structured, high-energy training programme designed to deliver real, measurable results. Whether your goal is fat loss, improved fitness, strength building, or simply getting back into a consistent routine, this bootcamp gives you the framework, accountability, and coaching to get there.
This is not a random workout schedule. It is a progressive 12-week journey led by experienced coaches who understand performance, recovery and consistency.

Many of our members use this bootcamp as a launchpad into regular long-term training at Fight Sport Centre.
